Caravan
Traded a thousand miles before it reached the can.
Saffron and ginger moved along the same caravan routes as garum once did — Persian and Silk Road traders dealing in spice the way Ostia dealt in ferment, each one a currency of its own.
We built this one around that trade: apricot for body, ginger for heat, saffron for the thread that ties it together. No garum in it — the most adventurous flavour in the range, without the fish.

Tasting Notes
Warm apricot and ginger spice with a thread of saffron running through — the most exotic pour in the range, and the one that tastes the least like anything else on the shelf.
