No. IV · Refreshing
Nilus
Cool as the river it's named for.
The Nile fed an empire long before Rome ever tasted garum. Hibiscus and date were staples of Egyptian tables, mint grown thick along its banks — ingredients traded up and down the river for as long as anyone kept records.
We kept this one simple and cold: hibiscus, date, mint, nothing fermented at all. The gentlest introduction to the range, and the one to reach for first if the others sound like too much of a commitment.
Ingredients
- Sparkling spring water
- Hibiscus infusion
- Date syrup
- Fresh mint
Tasting Notes
Bright hibiscus tartness, a date-sweet middle, and a cool mint finish — the most refreshing, least savoury drink in the range.
